SVN is looking for your students!

Attention teachers!  Do you have a student who likes to write and is looking for a little publicity? Are you looking for a way to promote your program and show off your student's work? Are you looking for a way to award extra credit?

SVN is seeking student authors to be featured on the pages SVN. Students must be creative, motivated, able to write (but what Broadcast Journalism student can't?), willing to share knowledge and experience from their school and classroom. SVN is looking for articles on class experiences, book reviews (student gets to keep the books!)  filmmaking, class projects, audio and video tips, world experiences, internship, SkillsUSA, BPA and other competitions, Film Festival Participation, and more.

It looks great on a resume or college application, and the student will be added to our About SVN page www.aboutsvn.com. In fact, some of our best articles have come from Amanda Porter, Melissa Prax, Jordan Rice and others who started writing for us in their junior years!

If you think you have a student candidate with what it takes, please have them send a short article, a bio and headshot, and information to
